1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QWKMED's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

QWKMED provides emergency medical first-responder services, including SOS activation, tele-triage consultations, first responder dispatch, and hospital coordination. Our services are designed to stabilise patients during the critical period before ambulance arrival.

3. Service Limitations

QWKMED is NOT a replacement for:

  • Emergency ambulance services (108/102)
  • Hospital emergency departments
  • Ongoing medical treatment or diagnosis
  • Home nursing or long-term care services

Our first responders provide stabilisation care under medical supervision. They do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medications.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete medical information for all registered patients
  • Keep emergency contact information up to date
  • Use the SOS feature only for genuine medical emergencies
  • Ensure location services are enabled on your device
  • Maintain an active subscription for uninterrupted service

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are inclusive of GST. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with service continuing until the end of the current billing period.

6. Service Availability

QWKMED services are currently available in select cities within India. Response times may vary based on location, traffic conditions, and first responder availability. We strive for 8-12 minute response times within our network coverage areas.

7. Liability Limitations

While we make every effort to provide timely emergency response, QWKMED cannot guarantee specific response times or outcomes. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, natural disasters, or network outages.

8. Privacy

Your use of QWKMED services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and medical information.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
